Contribution Policy & Guidelines For Charitable Trusts

PNC Bank, N.A. of Wayne and Holmes Counties, Ohio is primarily interested in supporting programs and activities that address critical community needs and provide direct and measurable benefits to significant numbers of residents. Special considerations will be given to programs designed to meet unfilfilled community needs.
To be eligible for support, local organizations and institutions must be operated for public purposes and qualify as not-for-profit and tax exempt under the regulations of the United State Internal Revenue Services (501(C)(3)).
Contributions normally are made to organizations toward scientific, educational, religious, and charitable purposes to benefit public welfare in Wayne and Holmes Counties, Ohio.
Contribution Request Procedures and Required Documentation:
1. Completed application. (required)

2. Copy of tax-exempt status under section 501(C)(3) of the IRS code. (required)
3. Most recent annual report, audited financial statements and operating budget. (helpful, but not mandatory)
4. Estimated or itemized project costs to be attached as supporting detail. (required)

Contribution Request Deadlines
Contribution Request deadlines are March 1 (by noon), for a decision by June 1; and September 1 (by noon), for a decision by December 1.
