Wayne County Community Foundation Selects Contractor for New Office Renovations

Wayne County Community Foundation (WCCF) is pleased to announce that it has officially selected Campbell Construction as the general contractor for the renovation of its new office space, located at 302 E Liberty Street (formerly Larry’s Music Center). This milestone marks a significant step forward in creating a more functional, collaborative, and community-focused space to support the Foundation’s growing initiatives.

Following a competitive bidding process that prioritized experience, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to community values, Campbell Construction was chosen for their strong track record of delivering high-quality renovation projects and their alignment with the Foundation’s mission to strengthen Wayne County through philanthropy.

“We are excited to work with a contractor who understands both our vision and the importance of this project to the community,” said Melanie Reusser Garcia, Executive Director of the Wayne County Community Foundation. “This renovation will allow us to better serve our donors, partners, and the many nonprofits that rely on our support.”

The renovation project will modernize the existing space, expand meeting and collaboration areas, and create a welcoming environment for donors, volunteers, and community partners. Construction is expected to begin in mid-December 2025 and be completed by June 2026.

Throughout the renovation, WCCF will maintain regular operations with minimal disruption to donor services and community programs.
